The Problem

Nexora Solutions, a fictitious cybersecurity firm, faced ongoing challenges with employee access to HR policies and compliance guidelines. Employees frequently struggled to find clear answers regarding workplace policies, benefits, and procedures, leading to increased HR inquiries and inefficiencies. The HR department was overwhelmed with repetitive questions, reducing their ability to focus on strategic initiatives.

After a thorough assessment, I discovered that employees often relied on outdated policy documents or word-of-mouth instead of consulting the official employee handbook. Additionally, managers and employees had different levels of access to policy details, leading to inconsistencies in communication. This highlighted the need for a centralized, AI-powered solution that provides quick, accurate answers while ensuring HR compliance.

To solve this problem, I designed NexoraHR, a conversational AI assistant that provides employees and managers with instant, accurate HR policy information while ensuring compliance with Nexora Solutions’ guidelines. NexoraHR is the best solution for the following reasons:
